Reminders & Residence rules

When you arrive :

We will take 10 minutes of your time to complete the mandatory police form and pay the balance of your bill.
As a reminder, only cash (Ariarys or Euros) as well as bank cards are accepted.
We will give you the keys to your room at this time., and WIFI code.

Life during your stay :

An invoice is opened upon your arrival, for all your supplements, they will be noted and paid in one go at the end of your stay.

Regarding the breakfasts, the staff arrives at 7 a.m. so breakfasts are served from 7:30 a.m., serve them earlier is possible, just let us know before 5 p.m..

About the meals, we do not provide the dinners ourselves but work in partnership with Mamie, she works with fresh products, so order as soon as possible so that she can see with the fishermen and make the market.

For the housework & interview, the maids are present from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., if you want the cleaning to be done, please leave your keys with the receptionist.

If you want to have your clothes washed, thank you for giving it before 09h, otherwise, it cannot be returned the same day, but the next day (the sun sets early).

They are increasingly rare, but in case of cut, we provide the generator from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.. Outside of his hours, in order to keep prices correct, we do not guarantee it.

Some rules :

At the Residence, it is several apartments, you are not alone, so thank you for respecting everyone's life and limiting noise (background music or other is to be avoided)

Sex tourism is not accepted. Thus it is strictly forbidden to invite and have intimate relations with minors in the rooms.

Please take care of the equipment, the apartments are in good condition and we want them to remain so. In the event of breakage and/or damage to the equipment, you are responsible and you will be charged.

A few rules to follow for your safety :

1. When you go out, close your gates and windows
2. Reception is open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thus, if you want the cleaning to be done, please leave your keys with the receptionist. Otherwise, take them with you. Outside of his hours (18a.m. to 6 a.m.), the reception is closed, take your keys with you when you go out at night
3. You have a safe in your room for your usual belongings (argent, show, chain, etc), use it.
4. A larger safe is available through the manager for your valuables (papers, passports, camera, etc…)

So, any business theft of valuables without break-ins and outside your safe or outside the manager's safe will not be charged to the establishment.
